When an unexpected breakup brought me to my knees, I was desperate to make the pain stop.
For almost 25 years I had immersed myself in personal growth, meditation, EFT, Holotropic Breathwork, plant medicine, and men’s work. I did all the masterminds and hired all the coaches.
But none of it touched the trauma in my system. Suddenly single, it all came welling up to the surface. Not one tool in my existing toolbox was able to soothe the exquisite grief I experienced.
With more desperation than hope, I began to learn about the nervous system, trauma, and how to work with it—not through the mind, but somatically (through the body).
This wasn’t a mindset hack or a quick fix.
It didn’t temporarily make my symptoms better.
It went right to the root of the problem.
I no longer saw myself as broken. Core limiting beliefs dissolved. So did a harsh inner critic.
In time, healing my nervous system improved every aspect of my life, including my love life, career, confidence, and overall happiness.
This process had such a profound impact on me that I left a 20-year career in IT and became certified as an Interpersonal Embodied Healing™ Practitioner. I guide clients through this unique, science-based method of trauma healing that blends: somatic awareness practices, parts work, and attachment work.

1. Connect
Schedule a free discovery call. We'll meet on Zoom for 30-40 minutes. You’ll share a little about you and where you would like support. I’ll share a little about me, how we can work together, and answer any questions you have.
Then you get to decide. There is zero pressure. If you’d like to get started, there are two simple forms you’ll sign before we schedule our first session.
2. Listen to your body’s wisdom
Your system needs time and space to feel safe. Our first few calls are about getting to know each other, building trust, and beginning to attune to your nervous system. During the majority of each session, I will guide you into your body and nervous system. Together we’ll discover and honor what your specific nervous system needs in order to feel safe.
I’ll model relational and somatic skills that create a deep felt-sense of safety. We’ll practice them every session. You’ll have these tools for life.
Education will be another important part of our sessions. You’ll learn how your body, mind, and nervous system actually work and what they need for deep and sustainable healing. This aspect of our work together will forever transform how you relate to yourself.
3. Exhale
You’ll begin to see changes. You’ll tell me how you handled a familiar challenge differently this time. You’ll advocate for yourself. You’ll be more at ease in your own skin. Others may comment on your calm confidence. You’ll exhale more deeply.
With more practice, the changes may start to snowball. This was my experience. Longstanding pattens dissolve. So do some of your negative core beliefs.
One day, you’ll show up for a session and share how you faced a formidable life challenge. One that would have sidelined you in the past. This time, you knew exactly what to do, exactly how to tend to yourself, and you did it all on your own. This is often when clients “graduate” themselves.
Now, at your core, you have a deep, felt-sense of inner strength and safety. YOU’VE got you. You have become the most safe, secure, and loving relationship you’ve ever had.

What is your current availability?
As of 2/1/24, I have openings on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
What are your rates?
I work with new clients for a minimum of 3 months. The cost is $1596 for 12, 50-minute sessions. This can either be paid in full or in 3 monthly payments of $532. Most clients pick a weekly time slot for our sessions (Wednesday at 9am Mountain, for example). We can also schedule on a on a bi-weekly basis if needed.
Do you offer a guarantee?
I do. I really want this to work for you. If at any time during our first month, you don’t feel like this is a good fit (for any reason), let me know and I will gladly refund all of your unused sessions.
